Emerald Isle Appliance Service (EIAS) believe in a responsive, sustainable, efficient and quality approach to our work. Joe is a licenced electrician and experienced appliance technician. Joe hales from limerick, Ireland, but now calls Australia home with his wife and children. Like the Emerald Isle we love being green, we are more than just your local appliance repairer, we place
sustainability front of mind in our work and love it when we can give an appliance the second life it deserves. In addition to this we also use a portion of our profits to offset our Carbon emissions on our van travel. So, call us to find out how we can help you.

The Team

Joe
Joe is our man in the van! He has been in the electrical industry as an electrician for 22 years, the last 5+ years specialising in appliance repairs. Without trying to propagate stereotypes, Joe loves to have a chat and prides himself on communicating honestly with his customers. Joe approaches each job with professionalism, enthusiasm and occasionally an additional sing along.

Anna
Anna is Joe’s better half; she has an extensive background in management, administration and relationship management so keeps things ticking along from the office. Anna is keen to help you as quickly as possible and strives to put others first and to ensure you have the most seamless experience in what is no doubt a frustrating time.

The Support Crew
We have three little emeralds who keep us very busy. We run the business with flexibility front of mind as we know how crazy the days can get with little gems running around. This also means we know how important it is to have your appliances up and running. We want to help you as quickly as possible so offer a premium after hours and weekend service hours.
